The 2004 Entomological Foundation Awards:

Award for Excellence in Integrated Pest Management
(Sponsored by Syngenta Crop Protection)

This award, consisting of $1,000 and an inscribed plaque, recognizes and encourages outstanding contributions to applied IPM in North America and the U.S. territories.

Vincent P. Jones is an Associate Entomologist in the Department of Entomology at Washington State University. He is recognized both nationally and internationally as an expert in developing and implementing integrated pest management practices for insect and mite control in temperate, tropical, and subtropical cropping systems. He has written 68 refereed publications, 37 non-refereed publications, 10 book chapters, and a book on macadamia pest management.
