The Entomological Foundation's 2004 Awards:

This award, consisting of a cash award and a certificate, is given for significant and outstanding work in the fields of systematics, morphology, or evolution of insects and their allies. The recipient’s work must have been published. The work must be either by a North American or focus on New World insects and allies.
